⦁ Pre-registration Deadline

After this date, on-site registration rates will apply.

⦁ Registration Requirement for Authors with Accepted Papers

To present your paper at ICCE-ASIA 2026:

• - At least one Regular Registration is required per paper, regardless of the author's title or affiliation (professor, student, etc.).
• - If the same author has multiple accepted papers, only the first paper requires a Regular Registration. From the second paper onward, Student Registration may be used only if the presenting or corresponding author is the same person.
• - Undergraduate students may register with Undergraduate Registration.

ICCE-ASIA 2026에서 논문을 발표하려면:

• - 저자의 직책과 관계 없이 모든 논문에는 최소 1건의 Regular Registration이 필요합니다.
• - 동일 저자가 여러 편의 논문을 발표하는 경우, 첫 번째 논문만 Regular Registration으로 등록하면 됩니다. 두 번째 논문부터는 발표자 또는 교신저자가 동일한 경우에 한해 Student Registration으로 등록할 수 있습니다.
• - 학부생의 경우 Undergraduate Registration으로 등록 가능합니다.

⦁ Receipts & Participation Certificates

Receipts and participation certificates:

• - Issued only to authors who have completed payment of registration fees.
• - Available for download after payment is confirmed.
• - All documents will be issued under the registrant’s name and cannot be changed after issuance.
• - 등록비 결제를 완료한 저자에게만 발급됩니다.
• - 결제 완료 후 다운로드 가능합니다.
• - 발급 후에는 등록자 이름 변경이 불가능합니다.

Payment Guide

Participants may choose one of the following payment methods. All payments are processed securely through Toss Payments.

1. Credit Card

Credit card transactions will be processed through ‘Toss Payments’. Card transactions will be processed in real time.

⚠️ All bank remittance charges must be paid by the registrant.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• To cancel your registration, please send a cancellation request to the Secretariat via email: inter@theieie.org
• A refund will be issued minus a processing fee of USD 100 or KRW 140,000 if the cancellation is requested on before October 9, 2026 (KST).
• No refunds or cancellations will be processed after deadline of registration.
• Refunds are not available for No-Shows at the conference.
